Hi gang, I’ve gone ahead and taken it upon myself to create a smilie pack of all of the wonderful smilies over at the Something Awful Forums for use with WordPress. It probably only took me two hours to code and was very simple just tedious. Anyways enough about me I know you’re dying to know how you can add them to your awesome blog to use so let’s get started.
1) First you will need to download the Smilies Themer Plugin
2) Upload that into your plugins folder usually it’s wp-content/plugins/
3) Activate the plugin on the plugins screen
4) Next download the Smilies Themer Toolbar
5) Repeat Steps 2 & 3 only this time with the Smilies Themer Toolbar Plugin
6) Now comes the fun part! Download the Something Awful Emoticons pack
7) Unzip the contents of the SA Emoticons pack and upload that folder to wp-content/plugins/smilies-themer 
Now view the settings page for the Smilies Themer plugin
9) You should now see the Something Awful Emoticons by yours truly as a clickable option!
